The following is a check list of everything your IT team needs to do to ensure ESNTL will run smoothly for users.
To ensure automated emails are received correctly by users, please add the following domains to any spam filtering allow lists. It should be set to allow email from any user at these domains:

Admin Console
The Admin Console is a web application. Please ensure the following domains are added to any firewalls to ensure hub users can access and use the application:

Service Desk Support Portal
Our support portal for support requests is on a different domain which should be allow listed as well.
